I didn’t really plan on coming back to Singapore. After all, I did enjoy my first time there but the activities really took a toll in my budget, especially since I always try to live frugally when travelling abroad. However, my travel buddy during my Malaysia trip insisted that we go to SG because he hasn’t been there yet, and his bargaining piece was that we can actually go to Universal Studios. He made a good point. So coming from Penang, it was only an 8-hour comfy bus ride and I am back to the arms of Singapore again!

Family Fun in Ocean Park, Hong Kong
It was our third day in Hong Kong and I felt like we have only been there for a day. We’ve only been to a few interesting places and I am still craving for more! I am so glad that for this day, we are not required to join our organized travel tour, so we are free to visit any place to our liking. I actually thought of going again to Disneyland, even though we have visited the said theme park for our second day, we weren’t really able to enjoy because we only had limited time to spend there. However, because our ticket was only valid for one day, we decided to visit another famous theme park at Hong Kong, Ocean Park!

Hong Kong Day 2 and My Frustrations With Organized Travel Packages
My family rarely travels, and when we do, it is usually to visit my mother or father's provinces and we don't do any touristy activity or sightseeing. That's why it was such a thrill when my dad let us on a four-day getaway to Hong Kong last 2010 as a graduation gift. Finally, I can say that we will be able to travel leisurely as a family. There's no better gift than the gift of travel after all.

Trick Art Museum, Jeju - Day 12 in South Korea
It was almost nine in the morning when we reached our third destination, Jeju's Trick Art Museum, coming from Seopjikoji. Our driver was able to get us discounts which was pretty awesome. Not only has he been reliable at giving tips, he made an effort so that we can save some money too! :)
Trick Art Museum can be found at three cities in Korea; Seoul, Busan and of course, at Jeju. The one in Jeju is located in Seogwipo City nearby the Seongeup Folk Village. The entrance here is 8.000 won for aduls and 6,000 won for children.
